Transformation Church is a new church in Bay Minette, Alabama with a mission to
PREACH the Gospel with boldness (Eph. 6:19)
REACH the community through acts of service (Gal. 5:13)
TEACH believers how to "Go, Therefore" (Matt. 28:18-20)
We are "Moving Forward Together" to impact Baldwin County and beyond for Jesus, Disciple generations to passionately pursue Him, and equip believers to "Love Extravagantly, ServeSelflessly" for the glory of God.
Join us Sundays at 10:45 am and Wednesdays at 6 pm for small group Bible Study.
Our Pastors
Pastor Joshua and Jessica Mays
Pastor Joshua Mays and his beloved wife, Jessica Mays have been married and in ministry since 2013. In 2014, The Lord impressed on Joshua and Jessica that His intention for their family was to plant a missional church in South Alabama. Since that time, the Mays family has prayed over the church as they served for 7 years at Faith Chapel in Huntsville, Alabama. In January of 2021, Pastor Joshua and Jessica, along with their children, began the transition to move to Mobile to serve the community, love the lost, and begin moving forward to plant a local church. Their mission is to train leaders who are passionate about the great commission to go and make disciples of all peoples, and establish a church on the foundation of seeing individuals restored to right relationship with the Father. In July of 2023, Pastors Joshua and Jessica Mays began the work of planting a new church In Bay Minette, Alabama which has now become Transformation Church.
Transformation Church officially launched on September 15, 2024.
It is their great joy to see the Lord build His church in Baldwin County!
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!

Transformation church is still a very new ministry to Bay Minette. For the past year, we have worked diligently to preach the Gospel and disciple believers to "Be The Church!"
Many of our families have joined us in the last year amid the process of planting Transformation Church, which formally launched on September 15, 2024. While we may not be a mega church- we have a tremendous heart for the families and people in our community. What is so special about our growing community is that the Lord has continued to strengthen and grow us consistently.
We believe that God has called us to be a People of the Word, a People of Prayer, and a People of Praise.
We hold strongly to the conviction that expository teaching of the Bible is necessary for a healthy, thriving Christian Church.
We believe steadfastly in prayer and praise as the DNA of a thriving ministry and vital to our walk with Christ.
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit to empower and equip believers to live in freedom and "Go Therefore" with boldness according to the Bible.
The Testimony of TC is that we love love extravagantly and serve selflessly- because that is exactly what Christ has done for us! In the last year, we have baptized 14 people, seen several receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and been humbled to see many of our core team members receive a call to Gospel ministry. We have been awed and amazed at the faithfulness of God to His church!
We hope that you will choose to build on this strong foundation with us, not because we have everything perfectly together- but because we serve a God who does!

Serving the community tangibly
Serve the City outreaches, Community Cleanup, Holiday Meal Charities and Adopt a School ministries allow us to serve Bay Minette in a tangible way.
Reach more people for Jesus
Through evangelism and community service, we can share the good news to people who are not in a relationship with God or who have never heard the name of Jesus.
Continuing acts
Transformation Church continues to do what Jesus began in Acts by "going and telling" everyone the good news of the Gospel; and training others to do the same.
Training believers
By personal discipleship, training and serving others we are matured and become more effective servants of Jesus. We want to be a church that grows believers into strong leaders who "rightly handle the word of truth" and flow freely in the gifts God has given to them by the power of the Holy Spirit!

There're many ways to get involved at Transformation Church. Join or host a Life Group, plug into community bible studies on Wednesday evenings, attend women's and mens ministries, or come worship with us on Sunday mornings at 10:45! We can't wait to meet you.
